This means that our customers can be sure that their Garden Studio has been created with NO NEGATIVE IMPACT on the environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>How have we done it?<\/strong><br \/>\nTo become carbon neutral in our factory &amp; offices, the minimal carbon emissions created have been offset against 4 projects that help combat climate change around the world.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>1. India Wind, India<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-347 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/gardenstudio.clearvertical-demo.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/India-Wind-Projects-Page-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"386\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This wind farm in India provides rural communities with clean energy that feeds into a grid \u2013 displacing fossil fuel energy and improving connections for these communities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>2. Lifestraw Carbon for Water, Kenya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-349 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/gardenstudio.clearvertical-demo.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lifestraw-Carbon-for-Water-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gardenstudio.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lifestraw-Carbon-for-Water-1.jpg 620w, https:\/\/www.gardenstudio.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lifestraw-Carbon-for-Water-1-300x164.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This project provides safe water by distributing 877,505 LifeStraw Family filters to households in Kenya\u2019s Western Province. The LifeStraw requires no electricity or consumables to operate, providing an energy efficient solution to access safe drinking water.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>3. Burn Stoves, Kenya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-351 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/gardenstudio.clearvertical-demo.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/BURN_Customers_Header-5-1024x683-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"641\" height=\"427\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The Jikokoa stove reduces charcoal consumption by 50% and prevents the use of woody biomass in cooking. The Jikokoa stove is also highly efficient in reducing cooking smoke pollution to the environment. The demand for wood fuel and charcoal in cooking leads to deforestation which has devastating effects to bio-diversity and habitats for endangered species, as well as reducing plant matter for carbon uptake in forests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>4. Gyapa Efficient Stoves, Ghana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-353 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/gardenstudio.clearvertical-demo.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Gyapa_Banner-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"673\" height=\"369\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gardenstudio.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Gyapa_Banner-1.jpg 620w, https:\/\/www.gardenstudio.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Gyapa_Banner-1-300x165.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 673px) 100vw, 673px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The Gyapa Stove improves health, slows deforestation and supports the local economy. The Gyapa stove design reduces harmful smoke emissions by removing the need to cook with traditional stoves or open fires \u2013 improving the health of the families that use these stoves everyday. The project creates jobs and helps develop skills in the local community.
