The process throughout your journey of from ordering to installation of your Garden Studio is designed to be as minimally invasive to your daily routine. It’s quick and efficient so you can be enjoying your new garden room as quickly as possible.
Ordering Your Garden Studio
At any point during the planning stages of your Garden Studio project you are able to secure an installation date with us, ensuring that the timescale we work to fits with your schedule. This will give you as much time as you like to design and style your perfect Garden Studio.
We simply ask for a £200 fully refundable deposit in order to secure your installation date. By placing an order with us, you are able to be more flexible within our installation schedule. You are able to change any element of your Garden Studio including style, size and any options up until 6 weeks prior to your base installation date. If you choose not to proceed with your Garden Studio installation, your £200 deposit is refundable up until this 6 week period.
The delivery and installation process for your Garden Studio will take approximately 1-2 days, with the Garden Studio Pro installation process taking around 2-5 days to complete. Your new garden room’s main structure will be watertight by the end of the first day. We will allocate you a dedicated onsite Project Manager who will be your first port of contact during your installation experience.
